NORDIC WALKING SPECIAL
An entire day devoted to "nordic-walking" , a wonderful open air sport involving a light form of training to improve resistance, strength and fitness.
In the morning, a theory and practice lesson will be held to provide an insight into the different Nordic walking techniques.
In the afternoon, a guided excursion will be organized along breathtaking nature trails with practical and theory lessons focusing on local flora and fauna.
All lessons and excursions will take place on Mondays; bookings for any other days will not be considered.

- - Accommodation in a classic double room with balcony and view over Mount Pelmo

SUPPLEMENTS:
